Authenticity

Are your items authentic/genuine?
Yes. All our bags are 100% authentic and genuine from USA retail and outlet stores. It is illegal to sell counterfeit bags in Singapore. You can choose Cash on Delivery option to verify the authenticity of the bags. 

Why are your prices so low?
We purchase and ship in bulk to save on shipping costs and hence are able to pass on the savings to you. As loyal customers of Coach and Kate Spade in USA, we are often invited to their special sales event (both online and in stores) and again we pass these savings to you.

Are your items brand new?
All our items are brand new and come with original price tag and care card from Coach and Kate Spade. 

Payment

How do I pay for my purchases?
We accept internet bank transfer to POSB savings account. The account information will be provided upon checkout from the shopping cart. We also accept credit card payment via paypal on our online shopping cart.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we do. You can pay with your credit card via paypal on our website. You do not need to have a paypal account.

Is it safe to provide my credit card number?
We are using paypal as our payment gateway. Our credit card payment are redirected to paypal for processing. Paypal uses industry standard security measures to protect your credit card information. Bagtabulous have no access and does not store any of your credit card information.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been sent out or delivered to you. 

If you cancel your order after you have made payment but the item has not been sent out, there will be a 15% restocking and processing fee. We will refund you the remaining 85% within 3-5 business days. 

 

Shipping and Delivery

What are the delivery options?
We provide the following options
(A) For small items, like small/medium wristlets, passport holders, name card holders and small wallets, we provide free Singpost registered mail delivery. Singpost registered mail delivery will come with tracking number, require a signature upon delivery and delivery time is dependent on Singpost. If you require delivery at a specific time, please select courier delivery instead.
(B) Free courier delivery for 2 or more items purchased.
(C) $10 for courier delivery of single items. We use a private courier and our courier will contact you prior to delivery to arrange the exact time of delivery.

How long does delivery take?
For all ready stock items, item will be delivered via courier or sent out via Singpost registered mail within 3-5 business days. Singpost registered mail item takes 1-2 days after posting to reach you in SG. 

 

Pre-Orders

Do you take pre-orders?
We are currently not taking pre-orders. Our ready stock items are purchased during major sales events held in USA and hence represent the best value for you.

Gift Boxes, Gift Bags and Gift Receipts

Do you provide gift boxes?
We do not provide gift boxes in order to be cost effective. If you do require gift boxes, please kindly check with us before you place your order.

Do you provide Coach or Kate Spade paper bags?
We do not provide Coach or Kate Spade paper bags in order to be cost effective. If you do require gift boxes, please kindly check with us before you place your order.

Do you provide Gift Receipts?
We do not provide gift receipts as Coach and Kate Spade do not provide gift receipts for items ordered online. All items are brand new and comes with original price tag, care card and guaranteed to be 100% authentic. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange a bag after I have received it?

To keep our costs low, all sales are final and non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

For incorrect or defective items, please inform us immediately within 1 day after you have received the item and return it back to us within 3 days. Item returned must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, price tag, care card and dustbag(if any).
